Name of the Posts:
1. Lab Technician: 24 Posts
2. Pharmacist: 24 Posts
3. Staff Nurse: 63 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 45 years for Sr.No:1,2 Posts.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matric with Diploma in Lab Assistant Training course from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized institute for Sr.No:1 Post, 10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy training course from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized institute for Sr.No:2 Post, Matric with Diploma in Junior Staff Nursing training from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized institute for Sr.No:3 Post.
Application Form: Candidates may obtain application forms from the Office of the Chief Medical Officer Srinagar on any working day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
How to Apply: Eligible permanent residents of District Srinagar & Other districts of Kashmir Division only can send their applications in the prescribed format to Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Conveyor District Health Society, Srinagar or may deposit their application forms personally in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Srinagar within 7 days from the date of advertisement
