1. Humanities: 127 Posts
2. Biology: 99 Posts
3. Mathematics: 126 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates should have attained the age of 18 years but should not have exceeded 30 years, 40 years for Government servant serving in other Govt. Department, 45 years for person working on Adhoc/ Contract/ Co-terminus. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree from a recognized University with Hons for major language group i.e. Nepali, Hindi & have Sikkim State Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) certificate.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on Written Examination, Classroom demonstration/ Personality Test.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.150/- through Bank Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim and credited to ‘0051-SPSC’.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with original Bank Receipt and send to the office of Joint Director of HRDD in their respective district on or before 30-07-2014 by 3:00 PM.
