Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 – 35 years for General merit candidates, 18 – 38 years for Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB Candidates, 18 – 40 years for SC/ ST and Category-I candidates as on the last date fixed for receipt of application.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.E of a recognized University/ Institute or AMIE (India) qualification in Electrical/ Computer Science/ Information Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication Engineering for Sr.No:1(i,ii) Posts, a degree in civil Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent qualification or pass in AMIE section A&B (civil) for Sr.No:1(ii) Post, Should be a M.Com Graduate of a recognized University or pass in ICWA/ MBA(Finance) for Sr.No:2 Post, Should have a Diploma in Electrical/ Computer/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering of a Polytechnic of the State of Karnataka or Equivalent qualification for Sr.No:3 ,4(i) Post, Diploma in Civil Engineering of a Polytechnic of the State of Karnataka or equivalent qualification for Sr.No:4(ii) Post.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for aptitude test.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.4000/- for General Category and Category I, IIA,IIB, IIIA, IIIB candidates, Rs.2000/- for SC/ ST Category candidates through Demand draft drawn in favour of General Manager (A&HR), BESCOM payable at Bangalore.

1. Before applying online candidates have to scan the copies of photograph and signature.
2. Candidates should pay the fee in the concerned bank and have to scan the copy of demand draft.
3. Log on through the website www.bescom.org.
4. Click on the latest news —> Select the appropriate position applied for.
5. Read the instructions carefully before applying online.
6. Click on the “Apply Online” link.
7. Fill the details and upload the scanned copies of photograph, signature, DD.
8. Check the details carefully and click on the submit button.
9. An unique registration code with password will be displayed on the screen.
10. Note down the code and take the printout copies of application form for future use.
