Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 18 years to 42 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Masters degree in the relevant school teaching subject & B.Ed/ M.Ed with 55% marks and should have qualified in National Eligibility Test (NET)/ State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)/ State Eligibility Test (SET).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Examination and Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs 500/- for General & DESM/ DFF of General Category and Rs 125/- for SC/ BC/ Ex-Service Men/ Women/ Special Backward Classes/ Economically Backward persons in General Castes Category of Haryana State, deposit the fee in any branch of State Bank of India after 48 hours from the day of registration of online application form. No Fee for PH candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website http://www.recruitment-portal.in/ from 08-09-2014 to 28-09-2014 till 05.00 PM. After applying online, take print out of online application form for future use.
Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Candidates must scan their photograph & signature for uploading.
2. Visit the website http://www.recruitment-portal.in/.
3. Click on Haryana School Teachers Selection Board
4. Click on ‘Click here to Apply Online for the post of Assistant Professor’.
5. Click on ‘New Registration’ and Fill all the mandatory details.
6. Submit error free application form.
7. After successful submission of application form a Roll Number will be generated.
8. Pay the Fee as mentioned above.
9. If you want to Edit, then Click on Edit Application and Correct if their is any mistakes.
10. After editing the application, take print out of application form for future use.

Last Date for Submission of Online Applications: 28-09-2014 till 05.00 PM.
Last Date for Deposit of Fee: 01-10-2014 up to 04.00 PM.
